earth bermed home with
no windows to the back side of the property.
I was the second agent the
owners had engaged to try to sell this property.
The owners had moved all furniture to their new location except for the barest
necessities. This
1980's home appeared colorless and dark. On the recommendation of an

We had a large 20 year old house to sell and
we needed it to be sold by November. It was put on the market
in May. We wanted to have our house staged to show it off in
its best light . Gretchen told us what to do to update our kitchen,
dining room and bathrooms. We were very pleased with the results. Gretchen
also staged the bookshelves, paintings and furniture.
